LBI Schools of Global Leadership for Youth exists to develop future-ready leaders by combining leadership training with practical, real-world learning experiences that prepare students for success in life, work, and service. Jr. Secondary School
Ages 11 - 13
The LBI Jr. Secondary Schools (ages 11-13) focus on critical areas for age-specific development- through creative immersion programming. Interactive sessions include: job readiness training, life skills coaching, community service outreach, and mentoring towards entrepreneurship.
Through these pillars, students are challenged to express themselves articulately in diverse spaces, build personal and academic resilience, collaborate with synergy, and cultivate traits of an innovative thinker. Civic-mindedness and global thinking practices are woven into each session.
Ages 14 - 16
The LBI Sr. Secondary Schools (ages 14–16) integrate proven leadership principles with innovative educational strategies. Interactive workshops and small-group learning experiences include teacher-led instruction, student-researched case studies, hands-on application, collaborative projects, and Capstone presentations.
Students gain real-world exposure through internships, job-shadowing opportunities, industry mentors, and career exploration experiences. Scholarship readiness, professional skill development, and entrepreneurial training are intentionally woven throughout the program, preparing learners to lead, innovate, and thrive in higher education, the workforce, and their communities.
Sr. Secondary School
Thrive Community Development Programme
17+
The LBI Thrive Community Development Programme (17+) model is driven by a faith, education, business and community ecosystem which provides leadership and development enrichment programming, in a small group immersive environment.
Consultants partner with the group to identify and execute on a purpose that may have been latent or undiscovered. The student develops SMART goals, catapulting them into a successful relationship with their NOW; while maximizing their IMPACT on their NEXT!
Students receive leadership and development mentoring from community leaders in select fields and industries. The Thrive Community Development Programme also provides leadership, coaching and mentoring support to the secondary schools.
